Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing consistently outstanding service and embodying our philosophy of highly personalised, discreet, and engaging hospitality across all guest interactions
Ensuring a smooth, professional, and guest-focused front office operation – from pre-arrival communication to departure and follow-up
Extending a warm and gracious welcome to all guests upon arrival, offering assistance with check-in and ensuring a seamless and personalised introduction to the hotel; escorting guests to their suite with a detailed introduction or accompanying restaurant guests to the restaurant
Confidently communicating all relevant information regarding the hotel’s offerings, services, and surrounding area, tailored to individual guest preferences
Coordinating with other departments and maintaining close communication across the hotel to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
Handling inquiries, requests, and special arrangements with discretion, care, and a keen attention to detail
Managing daily administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including guest correspondence, reservations, maintaining records, and fulfilling reporting duties
Maintaining the reception area to the highest standards of appearance, organisation, and guest readiness
Upholding impeccable personal presentation and ensuring a polished, well-groomed appearance that reflects the standards ofBerghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideaway
Communicating regularly with the managing owners to share key insights, guest feedback, concerns, and suggestions for continuous improvement

Structured 6-day workweek in high season with flexible day off; in low season, up to two days off per week are possible, as the hotel and restaurant are closed for guests from Monday after breakfast until Wednesday midday
