Duties and Responsibilities
As an Overnight Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
* Perform thorough nightly deep cleaning of all spa and wellness areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, wet areas, gym, and public areas.
* Clean and sanitize steam rooms, saunas, experience showers, pools (surrounding areas), and washrooms according to hygiene protocols.
* Ensure all floors, surfaces, glass, mirrors, and fixtures are cleaned and polished to brand standards.
* Ensure all spa equipment is cleaned, sanitized, well maintained, and in safe condition.
* Monitor and report maintenance issues immediately.
* Support periodic intensive cleaning schedules (weekly/monthly tasks).
Qualifications
To execute the position of Overnight Spa Attendant, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years hotel experience. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Fluent in English or French
EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required
