AliKats is an independent luxury chalet company operating a portfolio of high-quality properties in Morzine and Montriond. We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our chalets to a consistently high standard.
We are looking for a practical, responsive Maintenance Person to support our properties throughout the summer season.
This is a hands-on, reactive role focused on resolving maintenance issues promptly as they arise, maintaining outdoor spaces, and ensuring hot tubs and properties are consistently well presented for guests.
The Role
15th June – 15th September
30 hours per week
You will be responsible for responding to maintenance issues raised by guests and the operations team across our chalet portfolio.
Speed, efficiency and sound judgement are essential. Many tasks will be small but time-sensitive — the right person will take pride in fixing problems properly and calmly.
Importantly, this role involves assessing issues, resolving what is appropriate at your skill level, and clearly escalating more complex work to management so that qualified local tradespeople can be instructed where necessary.
A company vehicle and tools will be provided for work use across the resort.
