DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
El portero desempeña un papel clave en ofrecer una excepcional primera impresión a huéspedes y visitantes, proporcionando una bienvenida cálida, profesional y alineada con los estándares de la marca. Esta posición combina la excelencia en hospitalidad con un fuerte enfoque en la seguridad preventiva, garantizando un acceso controlado y seguro a la propiedad.
El puesto reporta directamente al Departamento de Seguridad, con estrecha coordinación e interacción diaria con el equipo de División de Habitaciones.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Proporcionar una bienvenida cálida, cortés y profesional a todos los huéspedes y visitantes de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca.
- Actuar como primer punto de contacto, asistiendo a los huéspedes con indicaciones, información básica y apoyo inicial a su llegada.
- Garantizar el control de acceso a la propiedad, identificando y supervisando a huéspedes, eventos y visitantes.
- Apoyar las medidas de seguridad preventiva, detectando y reportando cualquier actividad inusual o sospechosa.
- Colaborar con los departamentos internos (recepción, seguridad, conserjería, habitaciones) para asegurar una experiencia fluida para el huésped.
- Asistir en la gestión del flujo de personas en la entrada, manteniendo el orden, la discreción y la eficiencia en todo momento.
- Mantener los estándares de servicio de lujo del hotel, así como las normas de imagen y conducta profesional.
Requisitos:
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en hoteles o entornos de hostelería y lujo;.
- Certificación obligatoria de control de accesos en España:
- Licencia de Control de Accesos expedida en España y/o TIP de Vigilante de Seguridad.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Excelente dominio del español; inglés altamente valorado.
- Presencia impecable y profesional, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
- Formación o certificaciones adicionales en seguridad o prevención, valorables.
- Experiencia previa en entornos de hospitalidad de lujo, valorable.
- Debe poder acreditar el derecho a trabajar en España.

POSITION SUMMARY
The doorman plays a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression to guest and visitors, providing a warm, professional, and brand-aligned welcome experience. This position combines hospitality excellence with a strong focus on preventive security, ensuring controlled and safe access to the property.
The role reports directly to the Security Department, with close coordination and daily interaction with the Rooms Division team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to all guest and visitors in accordance with brand standards.
- Act as a first point of contact, assisting guest with directions, basic information, and initial support upon arrival.
- Ensure controlled access to the property, identifying and monitoring guest, events and visitors.
- Support preventive security measures detecting and reporting any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with internal departments (front office, security, concierge, rooms) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in managing guest flow at the entrance, maintaining order, discretion, and efficiency at all times.
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury service standards, appearance guidelines, and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotels or hospitality environments.
- Mandatory spanish door security certification:
- Spanish issued access Control License and/or Security Guard License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spanish language; english highly desirable
- Impeccable and professional presence, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Additional training or certifications in security or safety desirable
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments desirable
- Must be able to show an existing right to take up employment in Spain
