Duties and responsibilities:
Provide consistent massages and body /facial treatments ,waxing,manicure and pedicure as directed in training classes
Recommend and up-sell services that fit the guest's needs
Communicate and describe accurately the spa offerings and their benefits
Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and colleagues
Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area
Take care of the equipment and products used throughout the spa facility
Assist in all areas of the spa’s operation as directed by management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed therapist in a luxury hotel environment
License in aesthetic
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments
Self-motivation
