Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Butler Department, ensuring flawless, personalized service in line with resort standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of professional butlers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service and tailor-made guest itineraries.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and complaint resolutions with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Continuously enhance service quality and guest satisfaction through proactive improvements.
- Manage scheduling, performance monitoring, and departmental budgets efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with a passion for mentoring multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and guest-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, or French) are an advantage.
