Role Overview
Skibound is one of the UK’s leading school ski travel providers, delivering unforgettable ski experiences for schools and groups across Europe and North America. As a Ski Representative, you will play a key role in bringing these trips to life, ensuring every group enjoys a safe, well-organised, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will deliver excellent customer service, coordinate resort operations, and provide support throughout the holiday.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome groups to resort and deliver resort briefings.
- Act as the main contact for group leaders and customers throughout their stay.
- Coordinate ski hire, lift passes, lessons, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Assist with the delivery of après-ski activities and excursions, ensuring bookings, timings, and facilities are confirmed in advance.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Support customers in the event of illness, injury, or emergencies, following company procedures.
- Liaise with local suppliers, ski schools, accommodation providers, and transport partners.
- Complete accurate resort administration, reports, and operational updates.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of all groups in resort.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude.
- Team player with the confidence to work independently.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
- Skiing or snowboarding experience is advantageous. Passion is essential!
