Luxury Villa Hosts – **Experienced Couple**
Meganisi, Greek Ionian Islands | April – Early October 2027
An opportunity for an experienced hospitality couple to spend the summer caring for an exceptional private villa on the beautiful Greek island of Meganisi.
We are seeking a capable, personable and discreet couple to prepare the property in April following its winter closure, and provide a thoughtful, seamless hosting experience for guests throughout the summer.
The role
Working together, you will take pride in the day-to-day presentation and smooth running of the villa, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
Responsibilities include:
Providing a tailored cooking service, preparing breakfast and one additional meal (lunch or dinner) six days per week.
Maintaining the villa to an impeccable standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Welcoming guests and providing attentive, discreet assistance throughout their stay.
Overseeing provisions and household supplies, with a proactive approach to guests’ needs.
Helping prepare the property for arrivals and ensuring it is ready for the season ahead.
A cleaner may be available to assist on guest changeover days, although this is yet to be confirmed.
About you
Substantial experience in luxury villa hosting, luxury yacht hospitality, private household service or a comparable high-end hospitality role is essential.
You will bring excellent culinary skills, a natural flair for hospitality and an understanding of the discretion, initiative and attention to detail expected when looking after a prestigious private property.
Essential requirements:
Fluent English.
Full, valid driving licences for both members of the couple.
The legal right to live and work in the EU for the duration of the position.
Sailing or boating experience would be an advantage, as a RIB is available for local journeys and trips to the neighbouring main island.
The opportunity
Season: April to early October 2027.
Remuneration: €5,000 per month for the couple (€2,500 per person), increasing to €5,500 per month if a cleaner cannot be appointed.
Accommodation: Separate, exceptionally appointed staff accommodation on site, finished to the same luxurious, high-end standard as the main villa.
Meals: Hosts are welcome to prepare their own meals using the villa’s provisions.
