What we are looking for :
- Minimum 5 years operations Management experience in Beach Clubs or Hotels
- Strong Leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
- Financial understanding including budgeting ,report and stock control
- Confident overseeing multiple area including F&B , guest flow, service quality
- Outstanding communication, problem solving
- Commitment to delivering high quality guest experience
- Knowledge of Compliance ,Health& Safety ,and labor regulations
- Croatian and English language
