Front Office Trainee • Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service • Undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions • Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions • Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests • Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions) • Be fully informed about the daily workload of the hotel (arrivals, departures, VIP guests and rest functions)
Guest Relations Trainee • Welcome and greet all arriving & in-house guests with a pleasing smile • Assist guests with all check-in procedures, issue room keys, and answer any questions. • Review arrival lists and records, including arrivals, departures, and VIP guests. • Answer client inquiries in a timely manner. • Promote the services provided by our hotel. • Address grievance issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as required.
