Xara Collection is seeking a professional and personable Host / Hostess to join our team at OKA’s at The Villa, while also supporting operations at Rosami.
This role is integral in ensuring a seamless guest journey across both restaurant concepts. As the first point of contact, the Host / Hostess is responsible for managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and delivering a warm and professional welcome in line with our service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming first impression for guests approaching the venue and confidently present the restaurant concepts to encourage walk-in dining.
- Welcome and engage guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations, guest lists, and walk-ins across both OKA’s and Rosami
- Coordinate table allocations in collaboration with the service teams
- Manage waitlists and communicate accurate waiting times to guests
- Escort guests to their tables where required
- Act as a central communication point between front-of-house teams
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally
- Support smooth service flow during peak periods across both restaurants
- Ensure the hosting area within the restaurant remains organised and presentable
