What will you do:
- To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests.
- To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions.
- To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
- To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
- To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
