Role Purpose
The purpose of these roles is to ensure seamless dining and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will support daily F&B operations and work closely with your team to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service across restaurants, bars, and lounges
- Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Prepare beverages and support bar operations (Bartenders)
- Manage table allocations and guest flow (Hostess)
- Provide menu guidance and upsell premium items
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Uphold all company standards and guest service procedures
Tasks & Duties
Waiter / Waitress
- Provide attentive table service with elegance and accuracy
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, handle guest needs
- Maintain section cleanliness and ensure table readiness
- Upsell menu items and support guest satisfaction
Bartender
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory
- Engage with guests while ensuring consistent drink quality
- Follow responsible service of alcohol procedures
Host / Hostess
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest seating
- Coordinate guest flow during peak dining periods
- Provide information about menus, concepts, and facilities
Cashier
- Handle payments, transactions, and POS operations
- Issue receipts, manage billing accuracy, and maintain float balance
- Support restaurant hosts and servers with administrative tasks
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
