Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the preparation, cooking, and presentation of exquisite dishes that meet the resort’s luxury standards. You will work with a skilled culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and impeccable food quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Set up workstations and ensure all mise-en-place is ready
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety across kitchen areas
- Collaborate with chefs and colleagues to ensure timely service
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
- Support buffet setups, à la carte service, and banquet operations
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and HACCP regulations
Tasks & Duties
Commis Chef
- Assist in food preparation across hot and cold sections
- Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chef
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and stock rotation
Chef de Partie
- Run an assigned section (hot kitchen, cold, pastry, etc.)
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Train and support junior team members
- Monitor stock, minimize waste, and maintain consistency
Sous Chef
- Assist the Head Chef with daily supervision and kitchen operations
- Oversee food quality, staff coordination, and service flow
- Ensure adherence to culinary standards and HACCP procedures
- Lead and inspire the team during busy service periods
Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward
- Wash and store dishes, utensils, equipment
- Support general kitchen cleaning and waste disposal
- Ensure high levels of hygiene and sanitation at all times
