Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality throughout the guest journey
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and courtesy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments
- Maintain accurate records, payments, and guest information
- Support VIP guests and ensure personalized service
- Uphold all company service standards and operating procedures
Tasks & Duties
Front Desk Agent
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out
- Manage payments, billing, and reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries (in person, phone, email)
- Coordinate room allocations and upselling
- Ensure accurate reporting and smooth shift handovers
Guest Relations Officer
- Assist VIPs and provide personalized guest support
- Manage special requests and follow up on issues
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless stays
- Promote resort services and experiences
Concierge
- Provide information on resort facilities and local attractions
- Arrange transportation, bookings, and excursions
- Handle luggage assistance and guest logistics
- Deliver prompt and accurate recommendations
Front Office Supervisor
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and team performance
- Handle escalated guest concerns
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure procedural compliance
- Support training and development of the FO team
- Review reports, cash flow, and occupancy data
