D&S Smart Housing is a growing short-term rental and property management company based in Porto.
We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead and reorganize our Guest Experience department, helping us improve processes, coordinate the team, and ensure an excellent guest journey from booking to check-out.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong hospitality mindset, leadership skills, operational thinking, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the Guest Experience team.
- Improve guest communication processes and service standards.
- Coordinate guest support before, during and after each stay.
- Supervise check-ins, check-outs and guest operations.
- Handle more sensitive guest situations and problem-solving.
- Monitor guest feedback, reviews and service quality.
- Help implement upselling opportunities and additional guest services.
- Contribute to a strong hospitality culture within the company.
