We are currently looking for a charismatic and highly organised Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead the hostess team and oversee reservations operations for our SEEN Restaurant by Olivier in Rome.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven and lifestyle-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the hostess and guest reception team
- Manage reservations strategy, table allocation and guest flow optimisation
- Build strong relationships with an international and lifestyle-oriented clientele
- Work closely with restaurant floor teams, kitchen and management
- Liaise constantly with all hotel departments
- Handle VIP guests, special requests and high-demand service moments
- Ensure a seamless, energetic and elevated guest experience
- Contribute actively to the unique atmosphere and identity of the SEEN brand
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle restaurants or high-energy venues
- Fluent English is essential
- Knowledge of at least one additional language
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong collaborative mindset and cross-department attitude
- Flexibility, multitasking ability and resilience under pressure
- Excellent personal presentation and professional standing
- Positive, energetic and guest-oriented personality
- Availability to work within a nightlife-oriented environment
- Knowledge of thai culture will be valued
